カレーライスのご飯を、豆腐に変更する、カレーライスならぬカレートーフをはじめました。
ご飯を豆腐に変更することで、カロリーをコントロールすることができ、あわせてカレーに含まれる沢山のスパイスの効果により痩せやすい身体を作ってくれます。
ターメリック・唐辛子 ⇒ 脂肪を分解し、新陳代謝を高めてくれる
ナツメグ・クミン ⇒ 便秘を解消してくれる
カルダモン ⇒ 血行をよくし、疲労を回復してくれる （これらのスパイスは、一例です）
そして、ＡＫＬのカレーには野菜がたっぷり入っており、当日挽きの新鮮なお肉を使用することで、身体の内側からきれいにすること間違いなしです。スパイスの効果は、毎日食べるとよりよい効果が得られますが、2･3日に一度でも効果が期待できます。

店主です。神田淡路町・小川町にある AKL あから〜カレーなる酒場〜 は、ランチは幸せになれるカレー屋さん、夜は立ち飲み屋として、おかげさまで開店8周年を迎えました。ただ今、9周年へ向けて!!

AKL（あから）のオリジナルカレーボウルは、２種類のカレーを用意してます。
老舗肉屋から毎日届けられる当日挽き鮮度抜群国産豚ひき肉と、たっぷりの野菜とトマトからできた、スパイスのデトックス効果を身体の芯まで感じる、ちょっと辛口『カレーボウル キーマ』。
そして
牛・豚・鶏の3種のお肉をふんだんに使用した、ちょっと甘口『カレーボウル ミートさん(３)』。
さらに、平皿にライスを盛ることが一般的なカレーを、あえて深めのボウルに盛ることでライスの乾燥を防ぎ、最後まで美味しく食べてもらえる 「あから オリジナル カレーボウル」です。

Who is AKL?
My uncle’s old receipt back in the 1970s was the beginning of everything. After realizing the uniqueness of the receipt, I decided to develop it with my own style.
That’s when “AKL’s Original Currybowl” was born! My desire is for as many people as possible to enjoy this curry!
Serving our famous curry at lunch time & Transforming into a magnificent bar in the evening! When I launched AKL Currybowl and Drink in the Kanda area I didn’t know this area was known as the battleground for curry diners… we are very happy to be in this location. Please enjoy the curry made with LOVE.
WE ARE SERVING TWO DIFFERENT STYLES of CURRY:
AKL Original Currybowl is made with pork that is freshly grounded every morning from a renowned butcher with a lot of tomatoes and vegies. You can feel the spices to the core of your body!
AKL Currybowl- Japanese style is made with pork, chicken, beef and a lot of vegies that are stewed all night and all day process free. You can taste the natural sweetness of meats and vegies in your mouth!
1, Our curry is served by in a bowl that keeps the rice warm and moist throughout the entire meal.
2, Our toppings are original and unique as Kanda’s traditional tofu, puffy natto (fermented soybeans), handmade cole-slaw, etc…
3, Our curry goes well with any smooth spirits served with appetizer size portion of curry in the evening time.
AKL Currybowl and Drink is easy going, in an effortless location with an affordable menu that you can always feel at home and enjoy as often as you like without feeling any pressure.
